Privacy notice
Last updated 3 November 2026
This notice covers attentip.com as it is today: a site about Attentip with a pilot application form. When the Attentip product goes live, it will have its own privacy policy for wallets, checkouts and builder accounts.
Who is responsible
BAKR Innovations sp. z o.o., ul. Widok 11/4, 62-070 Dąbrówka, Poland, the company behind Attentip, is responsible for your data (the controller). Write to info@bakr-innovations.com about anything on this page. Company details are in the legal notice.
What we collect and why
- When you apply for the pilot: your answers in the form: name, email, app URL, what it's built with, the action you'd charge for, rough traffic, where your users are, whether they're mostly adults, your country and how you heard about us. We use them to choose launch apps and to contact you about the pilot. The legal basis is your consent, given with the tick box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and taking steps you asked for before a possible pilot agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
- If you tick the optional box: your email, to tell you when Attentip opens to every builder. The legal basis is your consent.
- To stop repeated submissions: a one-way code made from your IP address and a secret value, stored with your application. It can't be turned back into your address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
- When you visit any page: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and the details of your request to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and this site sets no cookies. The demo on the home page runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores pilot applications in a database restricted to the EU. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing addendum. Because Cloudflare is a US company, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Nobody else receives your data, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
- Applications we don't take forward are deleted after the pilot.
- If your app joins the pilot, we keep your application while you take part and delete it within six months after the pilot ends, unless you become a customer.
- The optional launch email address is kept until we send that email, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to get a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; that doesn't affect what we did before. Write to info@bakr-innovations.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
